What we do

Hold the Future offers young disabled people:

* basic education such as literacy and numeracy
* soft skills that enable young people to build relationships, present themselves confidently and assists them to integrate into society
* communication skills such as sign language and speech
* vocational training in the handicraft field
* health and rehabilitation facilities
* recreational and fun activities with ongoing opportunities to integrate (mainstream) into society as a whole
* work on handicraft production at Hold the Future to build further practical skills and earn a living
* assistance to find employment outside of Hold the Future
* support for disabled young people to build their own business

Hold the Future further:
* promotes, advocates and supports equal rights and opportunities for all disabled people
* promotes the mainstreaming of disabled people into society
* supports the development of the profession of Social Work in Vietnam to serve the disabled people
* supports the development of the profession of Physiotherapy in Vietnam to serve the disabled people
* supports parent associations
